- Create a safe, nurturing classroom that supports each child’s physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Design engaging lesson plans using The Goddard School’s play-based curriculum The Wonder of Learning
- Foster social-emotional development through positive guidance and empathetic modeling
- Collaborate with families to support each child’s learning journey and maintain open communication
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture by participating in professional development and school events
Candidates must meet one or more of the following:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential
- Active enrollment in a CDA program with relevant experience
- Prior experience in childcare or early education
