What You’ll Do
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with your team to support curriculum and development
- Communicate daily with families about growth and milestones
- Experience the joy of children learning through activities you create
- Follow children’s interests to design meaningful learning experiences
- Stay connected with families through apps and conversations
- Grow alongside a team of passionate early childhood professionals
- CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience (preferred)
- State-required training completed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety and care
- Meets background check requirements
