What You’ll Do
- Create meaningful learning experiences filled with fun, curiosity, and discovery
- Observe children’s interests and collaborate with your team to develop engaging curriculum ideas
- Communicate daily with families through apps, conversations, and updates
- Engage with other early childhood professionals and continue growing in your career
- Support safe, nurturing, and educational classroom environments
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- CDA credential (preferred)
- 1–2 years of classroom experience (preferred)
- Completion of all state-required pre-service training
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and classroom needs
- Infant/Young Toddler teachers must safely lift infants in and out of cribs
- Must meet all background check requirements
