The Goddard School of Wilton is seeking warm, dependable, energetic Early Childhood Teachers to join our established team. A college degree is not required—we value experience, a genuine love of children, reliability, and a desire to learn just as much as formal education.

- Able to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
- Available for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule
Early childhood experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus, but a degree is not required.
What you'll do:
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children
- Plan and participate in developmentally appropriate activities
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom
- Observe children's development and support individual learning needs
- Communicate professionally with families
- Work collaboratively with your teaching team and administration
- Follow health, safety, and classroom procedures
