The Goddard School® located in Pflugerville, TX is growing and looking to add a caring, energetic, and reliable Morning Part-Time Teacher Assistant to our amazing team of Early Childhood Educators. Available Schedule Options
We are hiring specifically for a morning schedule of 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. You must be able to work with all ages, ranging from 6 weeks old to 5 years of age.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
-
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to safely support young children

Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude

Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently

Empathy, patience, and a genuine love for working with children
- Must be willing to prepare snacks, lunches, and breaks for any classroom
Preferred:

Prior experience in a licensed child care center

Experience supporting infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children
Primary Responsibilities
As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll partner with a Lead Teacher to create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily routines, activities, and curriculum implementation
