Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher for a full-time, on-site position at The Goddard School of Allen, TX. The Lead Toddler Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lesson plans, creating a warm and safe learning environment, and fostering the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of the toddlers. Key responsibilities include conducting age-appropriate educational activities, monitoring developmental progress, and maintaining effective communication with parents and team members.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
- Expertise in Education and Teaching methods for young children
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Training and supporting staff or teams
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills
- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational or childcare setting (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
