Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping young children thrive? We're looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Goddard School®.
What You'll Do
As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication
- Observe and assess children's progress and development
- Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a positive school culture
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and health & safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
