What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Preschool Teacher position at The Goddard School Hampton?
Why The Goddard School?
The Goddard School of Hampton is a play-based, Cognia-certified early childhood program where teachers are treated as professionals — not just classroom helpers. Our curriculum is rooted in child development research, and we invest in our staff through paid training, ongoing professional development, and real career growth opportunities.
If you're passionate about early childhood education and want to work somewhere that respects your expertise and actually supports your classroom, we'd love to meet you.

- Tracking developmental milestones and conducting ongoing child assessments
- Communicating regularly with families to celebrate progress and address needs

- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
- Following Pennsylvania licensing and Keystone STARS quality standards
