Key Responsibilities
Nurturing Care & Development:
- Provide high-quality care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and comforting, while following all school policies and safe-sleep protocols.
- Implement age-appropriate activities and sensory experiences that foster a love of learning.
- Support each child’s physical, social, and emotional growth through warm and engaging interactions.

Classroom Environment & Safety:
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom that meets the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness.
- Help facilitate daily routines and transitions smoothly to ensure a calm environment for the children.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being of every child during indoor and outdoor activities.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Maintain friendly and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s daily activities and care (bottles, naps, and milestones).
- Work collaboratively with classroom partners and faculty members to share ideas and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Provide updates to the teaching team regarding student observations to help tailor the learning environment.
Professional Excellence:
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school-wide training opportunities.
- Stay current with best practices in infant care and early childhood education.
- Actively contribute to a welcoming and supportive school community.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Previous experience working with infants or young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
- Ability to develop warm, nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
