Responsibilities:

• Implement classroom activities according to The Goddard School’s WOL curriculum standards
• Foster a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Support student growth academically, socially, and emotionally
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective learning experience
• Engage with families to build strong partnerships in student learning
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities
• Uphold the school’s values and vision in all interactions

Qualifications:

• Experience in education (1 year preferred, but not required)
• Passion for working with students and a commitment to their success
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and innovate in a new school setting
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning
