The Goddard School located in Aubrey/Prosper, TX is looking for a motivated self-starter for a Coordinator position at our school. An Associate degree and experience in Early Childhood Education is preferred. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of age-appropriate activities for young children.

The Goddard School Coordinator has strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator, and can motivate and inspire others. The responsibilities include supporting the Director in the following:
- Overseeing preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations
- Developing strong relationships with our families
- Managing a budget
- Touring with new families
- Increasing school enrollment
- Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
- Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education
- Keep the entire school neat and presentable.
- Do jaw dropping curriculams for the social media .
- Cover any classrooms according to the need of the school .
- Able to close the school with the assismtant director. (9am -6pm shift)
Experience:
- supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
