Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Barback , where you'll be the backbone of our bustling bar and hospitality environment. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with food and beverage service, handling supplies, and providing outstanding support to both staff and guests. Duties

• Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages promptly to keep service flowing seamlessly
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste efficiently
• Support food preparation tasks such as assembling garnishes or light snack offerings in accordance with food safety standards
• Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of supplies, stock movement, and equipment setup to ensure operational readiness
• Help Host bus tables by clearing used dishes and assisting with guest needs to enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies.
• Uphold strict food handling protocols to maintain hygiene standards across all areas of operation
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during busy periods
• Ensure all areas comply with health and safety regulations related to food industry standards

Experience

• Previous experience in bar service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with food preparation, catering, banquet service, or hotel hospitality roles adds value
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Background in food handling, serving, bussing, or cashiering demonstrates versatility in hospitality roles
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector showcases your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interactions
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks and manual handling activities comfortably throughout shifts
