At The GOAT Plumbing Air and Electric, we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Plumbing Service & Sales Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional service while identifying solutions that meet homeowners' needs.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical plumbing skills with the ability to educate customers, build trust, and confidently close sales based on the services and solutions customers actually need.

This is a service-first, sales-driven opportunity where quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation go hand in hand.

What You'll Do

Plumbing Service & Diagnostics

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service residential plumbing systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations according to industry standards.
• Identify plumbing concerns and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure customer needs are properly addressed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

Customer Service & Sales

• Build trust with homeowners through honest recommendations and exceptional service.
• Educate customers on plumbing issues, available solutions, and long-term benefits.
• Present clear repair, replacement, and upgrade options based on customer needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates, explain pricing, and confidently close sales.
• Identify additional service opportunities when appropriate, without unnecessary upselling.
• Follow up on estimates and ensure customers feel confident in their decisions.

Performance & Accountability

• Meet established service, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain strong closing percentages through consultative, needs-based selling.
• Accurately document service calls, estimates, and completed work in ServiceTitan or company systems.
• Collaborate with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training.

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Experience presenting service options, providing estimates, and closing sales.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable for performance.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
