Location: Dallas, Texas (Work from Office)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner – Utilities & Energy to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts within the Utilities & Energy sector.
This is primarily a Farmer/Account Growth role, focused on expanding existing client relationships, increasing account penetration, driving renewals, and identifying new opportunities across AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior executives across Utilities & Energy organizations to align business goals with AI-first and data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, grid optimization, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of Utilities & Energy domain expertise, enterprise account management experience, and technical fluency in Data & AI solutions

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Account Growth
- Build and strengthen executive relationships within Utilities & Energy enterprise accounts
- Own revenue growth, profitability, retention, and expansion targets for assigned accounts
- Lead account farming, mining, and whitespace expansion initiatives
- Develop strategic account plans aligned to customer business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI, Data, and Analytics solutions with client transformation initiatives
- Drive account expansion opportunities across AI/ML, Data Platforms, Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Transformation services
- Manage renewals, SOW extensions, commercial discussions, and account governance activities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution
Solution & Delivery Collaboration
- Collaborate with Data Analytics, Engineering, Delivery, and Presales teams to define and deliver tailored AI/ML and Data solutions
- Support proposal creation, executive presentations, and solution positioning activities
- Partner with GTM and Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction, SLA adherence, and successful project execution
- Work with Marketing teams to develop Utilities & Energy–focused value propositions and thought leadership initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in client-facing roles such as:
- Account Management
- Client Partner
- Enterprise Sales
- Consulting
- Proven experience managing and growing Utilities & Energy enterprise accounts
- Strong experience in a Farmer/Account Growth role focused on account expansion, retention, and long-term customer relationships
- Demonstrated success owning revenue and growth targets for enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Data Platforms, Cloud, and Analytics solutions
- Ability to bridge business and technology conversations with executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge or experience in:

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- Advanced degree preferred
