We are seeking a visionary, seasoned Executive Recruiter to pilot our New York expansion. Reporting directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, you will receive direct executive mentorship to scale this territory.
This is not just a billing role—this is a structured, milestone-driven pathway to becoming the Managing Director of our New York Office.
Compensation & Premium Benefits
- Base Salary: $65 per hour.
- Initial Schedule: Part-time baseline of 15 hours per week.
- Uncapped Commission: 30% split of all cash-invoiced client placement fees.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 25% of base salary, tied directly to company performance targets.
- Paid Time Off: 4 weeks of pro-rated Paid Time Off (PTO) annually.
- Holidays: Fully paid US National Holidays.
- Equity Allocation: Eligible for a corporate shareholding/equity stake after 6 months of successful service.

Dynamic Career Escalation & Hours Growth
We design our contracts to scale alongside your success. While the first 2 months are structured at 15 hours per week to allow for pipeline setup, your hours are built to escalate:
- Month 3 Expansion: Increased hourly allocation to support active client mandates.
- Month 4 & Beyond: Transition to a full-time, 45-hour workweek structure upon hitting initial milestone billings.
- Team Building: Immediate budget authorization to hire a dedicated Recruiting Assistant/Resourcer once your second placement invoice is settled.
Candidate Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record of billing in the Media, Entertainment, or Advertising sectors within the Greater New York area.
- Market Agility: Willingness and capability to expand search verticals into high-margin spaces like Fintech.
- The Rolodex: A portable network of hiring managers and active client relationships that you can leverage on day one.
- The Mindset: A 360, "full-desk" execution style—equally elite at winning new client business and sourcing passive C-suite talent.
