Job Title: Material Coordinator/Driver
Location: Faribault, MN
Type of Role: Direct Hire
Shift: 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday

Pay: $20/hr

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Coordinator / Driver to support warehouse and production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating material flow, ensuring timely deliveries to production teams, and maintaining an organized warehouse. The ideal candidate has experience in material handling, ERP systems, and operating industrial vehicles, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Serve as backup cube truck driver to support material transportation needs
• Clean, organize, and restock warehouse areas to maintain efficiency and safety
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production teams
• Execute material transactions within Epicor (ERP) system
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support production processes
• Interpret production schedules and adjust material flow accordingly
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, etc.) safely within the facility
• Read and interpret job travelers, pick lists, and workflow assignments
• Support process improvements and uphold operational standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of material movements and inventory
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, warehouse, and leadership teams
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class D (or higher) driver’s license with DOT medical card
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
• Ability to read instructions, operate equipment safely, and inspect materials
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
