What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize public areas including lobby, corridors, elevators
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors and hard surfaces
- Vacuum entryways, stairs, meeting rooms, and furniture
- Empty trash receptacles, wipe down mirrors and windows
- Clean walls, baseboards, light fixtures to maintain appearance
- Identify and report any maintenance issues needing repair
- Replenish restroom supplies and restock housekeeping carts
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Female *BFOQ
- Previous custodial or public areas attendant experience
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attention to detail with strict cleanliness standards
- Responsible self-starter able to work independently
- Professional demeanor and integrity
- Weekend, holiday availability required
