ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Line Cook, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-standards kitchen producing exceptional food for members and guests.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute food preparation, cooking, and plating to the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment throughout your shift
- Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using a full range of cooking techniques including roasting, grilling, and sautéing
- Produce stocks, soups, and sauces from standard recipes
- Perform precise portion control using scales and standard tools
- Execute banquet setups, platters, and plated presentations per event orders
- Meet ticket time standards: 10 minutes for lunch service, 20 minutes for dinner
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment including slicers, mixers, and food processors
- Support kitchen flow by managing waste, breaking down boxes, and keeping storage areas organized
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and TPC Brand Standards

Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and safe food handling
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of kitchen experience or culinary training
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift
- Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and repetitive motions
- Ability to work in hot, humid, and loud kitchen environments
- Ability to work in cold environments including walk-in coolers and freezers
- Ability to work safely around sharp objects and hot surfaces
- Ability to maintain a fast pace for extended periods
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
