Job Title: Host/Hostess
Location: The Glass Knife – Park Avenue (New Location!)
Join the team at The Glass Knife’s newest location on Park Avenue, where we’re serving up handcrafted food, desserts, and exceptional hospitality. As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they walk in.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage waitlists and reservations to optimize flow
- Communicate with team members to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area
- Answer guest questions and provide menu info
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hosting or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Friendly, composed, and reliable in fast-paced settings
