Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown, TX. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process for restaurant and support positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with restaurant leadership. The specialist will maintain accurate recruitment records and support employer branding efforts to attract diverse, high-quality talent. Daily activities include partnering with managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting onboarding processes to help new team members transition smoothly into their roles.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to manage full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Experience with hiring processes and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
- Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit and potential objectively.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic HR practices is beneficial.
- Experience in high-volume or hourly workforce recruiting, preferably in hospitality, retail, or food service, is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in HR, business, or related fields is an advantage.
