Montessori Teacher Assistants

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Montessori Teacher Assistants to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in implementing Montessori curriculum and lesson plans focused on literacy education, math, and practical life skills
• Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and guiding children through daily routines
• Engage with children during activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and emotional regulation
• Help prepare classroom materials and learning environments aligned with Montessori principles
• Observe and document individual progress, communicating insights to teachers to tailor instruction accordingly
• Support children with special needs or disabilities, including those with autism or behavioral challenges, ensuring inclusive participation
• Foster a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to active learning and exploration

Requirements

• Prior experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education practices, including Montessori methods and behavior management techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and students
• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities or special needs such as autism or developmental delays
• Technical proficiency with educational tools, curriculum development software, or classroom management systems is a plus
• Childcare or daycare experience combined with a genuine passion for early childhood development is essential
• Certification or coursework in special education, literacy education, or childhood development is advantageous
