Licensed Real Estate Salesperson – Residential Leasing (South Shore, Nassau County)
We're seeking an experienced, licensed real estate salesperson to lead the leasing effort for a residential rental property on Nassau County's south shore. This is a great opportunity for a motivated agent to take ownership of a high-visibility leasing assignment in one of Long Island's most sought-after beach markets.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the on-site leasing representative, showing the property and converting prospects into signed leases
- Provide expert guidance to prospective tenants on the property and surrounding beach community
- Represent the property and ownership professionally at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Active NY real estate salesperson license (required)
- Proven experience in residential leasing or sales
- Strong working knowledge of Nassau County's south shore beach communities
- Reliable, personable, and comfortable working independently on-site
Position Details:
- Term: 6–10 months, on-site coverage required 7 days a week, 8 hours per day
- This role will be filled by two individuals splitting on-site coverage
- Compensation: Paid bi-weekly
- Job Type: Temporary
