We’re currently seeking an Immigration Attorney to support a federal agency on active immigration-related matters across both criminal and civil cases.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on federal experience, work closely with government attorneys, and contribute to meaningful, high-impact work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration matters
- Draft memoranda, briefs, and case-related documents
- Support case preparation and strategy
- Review evidence, records, and case files
- Collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders
This is a legal support role (no court appearances).
What we’re looking for:
✔️ J.D. from an accredited law school
✔️ Active U.S. bar license
✔️ 1 year of post-J.D. experience (immigration experience preferred)
✔️ Strong research skills (Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar)
✔️ High attention to detail and professionalism
✔️ U.S. Citizenship ability to pass background clearance
