Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real properties. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, hosting property showings, preparing and reviewing contracts, managing negotiations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the real estate transaction process. The agent will also collaborate with team members and leverage technology platforms to grow their business and deliver optimal client outcomes.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required.
- Strong skills in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property laws and trends.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills.
- Proficiency in time management, organization, and communication.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team setting.
- Familiarity with real estate software tools and digital platforms is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in real estate is advantageous.
