Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CF/RPE welcome to apply) to join our team! As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be meeting with new students/families, assessing their communication needs, and creating IEPs to help them reach their goals. You will also be documenting all student progress, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, is able to provide compassionate care to every student, and has excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and create IEPs customized for specific students, working with them to set short and long term goals for their communication needs.
- Implement treatment per student IEPs
- Maintaining excellent records of student needs, care, and outcome.
- Work closely with the family and IEP team to ensure collaborative success for the student.
Qualifications
- Active state license for practicing speech-language pathology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong charting and documentation skills
- Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as SEIS.
Salary : $60 - $75
