This job's primary goal is to support the efficient receipt and stocking of merchandise in our retail stores.
Loading and Stocking
Unload trucks and break down pallets to prepare merchandise for display on store shelves.
Load U-boats with stocking items from backstock or other areas of the store.
Stock and replenish shelves from backstock, ensuring displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
Rotate product on mass or end displays as requested by store management or the replenishment lead. Present shelving in a way that meets customer expectations.
Remove out-of-code items using the most efficient methods possible.
Safety and Performance
Communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties effectively.
Meet company performance standards, including regular attendance.
Use or learn to use equipment and tools necessary for the job.
Work Environment
Shift hours vary depending on business needs, with a minimum of 4-hour shifts.
Team members are responsible for understanding company policies and procedures outlined in the policy manual and handbook.
Familiarize yourself with MSDS information about all materials used during work.
Complete Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training as required.
