Role Overview
The Facilitator PFS supports the Giant Direct service by accurately selecting and fulfilling online orders, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies on safety, food safety, and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately select GIANT Direct orders from the store, matching items to customer online shopping lists
  
• Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and courteously, assist with substitutions, and provide clear instructions for pickup at designated spots or drive-through
  
• Product Knowledge: Differentiate between similar produce types (e.g., apples, lettuces) and follow proper packaging and labeling procedures
  
• Operational Compliance: Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards; dress and present professionally
  
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team, assist in special projects, and perform other duties as assigned
  
• Scheduling & Management (FT variant): Oversee Giant Direct operations, manage scheduling, coordinate service delivery, and implement strategies to improve efficiency
