What will I do as a Buyer?
- Negotiate costs with approved vendors to achieve the best prices for our needs.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Meet procurement goals, including service levels and inventory management.
- Develop accurate cost projections and forecasts to support margin goals.
- Support promotional planning to enhance sales and drive business growth.
- Analyze item trends, seasonal updates, and supply issues, and create recommendations to address them.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar procurement or buying role.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop solid vendor relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting procurement goals and managing inventory effectively.
- Ability to analyze trends and forecast costs accurately.
- Experience in supporting promotional planning and driving sales growth.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

- Hybrid Remote: This position is based out of Carlisle, Pa. And will require 3 days a week in the office.
