Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact sub-programs within large-scale enterprise transformations. This role owns end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives with annual budgets of $30–40M, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes. You will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on execution driver, driving transformation beyond BAU initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a $30–40M sub-program within an enterprise transformation portfolio
- Define program scope and align with business, product, and technology stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end execution across technology, operations, and business workstreams
- Manage multi-year roadmaps and program increment (PI) planning
- Establish strong program governance (RAID logs, dependency tracking, status reporting)
- Manage cross-program dependencies and ensure alignment across initiatives
- Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, variance, and benefits realization
- Deliver executive-level updates, insights, and decision frameworks
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in matrixed environments
- Remove roadblocks, ensure accountability, and maintain delivery momentum
- Drive change management and continuous improvement in program practices
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years managing large programs ($15M )
- Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives end-to-end
- Strong program governance experience (RAID, dependencies, roadmap tracking)
- Experience managing cross-functional programs in matrixed organizations
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, benefits tracking)
- Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise transformation programs
- Background in change management
- Healthcare payer, PBM, or claims experience (nice to have)
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
