The Ghoman Group is a privately held real estate investment, development, ownership, and operating platform focused on acquiring, developing, and enhancing commercial real estate assets across multiple asset classes.

We are seeking a Vice President, Investments to help lead acquisitions, underwriting, investment analysis, capital planning, and development initiatives across our growing portfolio. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to ownership and significant influence on investment decisions, transaction execution, and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and underwrite acquisition and development opportunities
• Build and oversee sophisticated financial models and investment analyses
• Analyze project economics, capital structures, and risk-adjusted returns
• Lead due diligence efforts throughout the acquisition and development process
• Prepare investment committee memoranda, presentations, and lender/investor materials
• Assist with debt and equity financing initiatives
• Support portfolio-level investment strategy and asset optimization efforts
• Work directly with ownership on transaction evaluation and execution
• Monitor market conditions and identify emerging investment opportunities
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance acquisitions, developments, and strategic investments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, investment management, private equity, development, capital markets, or related investment-focused real estate environments
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis skills
• Experience evaluating acquisition and development opportunities across commercial real estate asset classes
• Ability to assess capital structures, financing alternatives, and investment returns
• Experience preparing investment memoranda and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience within commercial real estate private equity, real estate investment management, family office real estate investing, or institutional acquisitions environments preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $140K base salary
• Target bonus opportunity of 20%
