Crew Member – Getaway Watercraft Rentals (Osage Beach, MO)
Getaway Watercraft Rentals is hiring seasonal Crew Members to join our team in Osage Beach, Missouri. This is a great opportunity for outgoing, reliable people who enjoy working outdoors, being around boats and wave runners, and delivering great customer experiences on the water.
If you’re friendly, dependable, and looking for a fun lake job with tips, we’re willing to train the right candidates.
What You’ll Do
Assist guests with boat and waverunner rentals
Send out and receive wave runners and boats safely and efficiently
Check equipment in and out to ensure it’s clean, fueled, and ready for use
Fuel boats and personal watercraft as needed
Park, move, and drive boats and waverunners around the dock and marina
Provide friendly customer service and basic instructions to renters
Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient rental operation
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak lake days
Boat or watercraft experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
