We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our busy practice. The ideal candidate will greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude and communicate with staff and visitors in a professional manner. Excellent customer service skills is a must.
Duties include:
Greeting patients and chaperones as they arrive.
Answering phone calls and directing callers to appropriate staff.
Verifying appointments.
Check-In & Check-Out patients.
Collect co-pays and payment for products & services.
Review and verify accuracy of patient information & insurance details on file.
Prepare charts as needed.
Mail out inquiry packets, new patient paperwork & office correspondence as needed.
Acts as a liaison between physician, nurses and patients.
Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
Performs related work as required.
