Position Responsibilities
Recruitment & Enrollment- Provides front-line recruitment and enrollment support through timely communication with prospective students, families, and partner schools. Ensures applicants progress efficiently through the enrollment process while maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting needs. Supports dual enrollment operations in coordination with DCPS and CCAS , including maintaining rosters, processing admissions and registrations for School Without Walls ( SWW ), and preparing unofficial transcripts for partner submission. Key responsibilities include:
Pre-College:
Provides operational and administrative support across programs and initiatives, including occasional evening or weekend coverage during peak periods or events.
This position is based on GW’s Foggy Bottom campus and may require occasional travel. Performs other related duties as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

- Monitoring inboxes and phone lines and responding to inquiries
- Maintaining dual enrollment rosters
- Supporting SWW admissions and registration processes
- Preparing and distributing unofficial transcripts
- Maintain and monitor MOUs and special program agreements
- Coordinate partner communications and meetings
- Prepare and submit F-1 visa documentation via the ISO Gateway
- Route executed agreements
- Register International Summer students
- Registering students and supporting enrollment processes
- Managing enrollment documentation and required forms
- Coordinating International Student Orientation
- Submitting visa documentation via the ISO Gateway
- Coordinating prorated student health insurance
- Supporting dual enrollment processes, including posting tuition awards
Pre-College:
- Apply rate codes and register students
- Create CRNs and maintain course data
- Distribute course rosters and coordinate classroom reservations
- Maintain tuition tables
- Process tuition awards
- Register students in courses
- Hosting information sessions
- Coordinating programming with campus and community partners
- Representing the unit at recruitment events and program activities
- Maintain and update the knowledge base
- Test and validate responses to ensure accuracy
- Monitor interactions to identify trends and improve performance
- Support proactive outreach aligned with key student lifecycle milestones
