Manage the recruitment and selection process for assigned positions to include the development and implementation of recruitment plans, recruitment advertising programs, recruitment metrics, and recruitment related activities and initiatives. Ensures compliance with hospital policies, corporate requirements and relevant employment laws.

Qualifications
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree, health-care, business, marketing, human resources management or related preferred
- Master's degree preferred
- 5 years recruiting experience with high level positions. Health-care preferred.
- Certification preferred (RACR, PHR, HCM, etc.)
- Demonstrated creativity and assertiveness to create compelling sourcing plans
- Demonstrated leadership capacity and coordination skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent computer skills including advanced MS Office and strong Power Point and Excel skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Effective communications skills, both verbal and written
- Sensitivity in handling confidential information
- Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans and research and resolve complex recruitment issues.
