- Customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards and inventory control preferred.
- Completion and certification in the Starbucks Barista Basics Training required within 30 days of start date.
- Presents self in a professional manner to others and acts with honesty and integrity.
- Ability to be positive and communicate with co-workers, staff from other departments and customers with professionalism and respect.
- Ability to learn quickly, think on your feet and handle multiple duties.
- Ability to use a computer.
