We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and equipment.
- Manage the dry cleaning process for guests, ensuring garments are handled with care and returned promptly.
- Inspect rooms and facilities for maintenance issues or safety hazards, reporting them as necessary.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products, notifying management when reordering is needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services is preferred.
- Knowledge of dry cleaning processes and laundering techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
