This Opportunity:

As an Accounting Assistant you will work closely with senior management and internal team members to ensure that company goals and missions are met.

Responsibilities:

• General Office Organization
• Filing, Scanning, Mail distribution, Phones
• Vendor Account Statement Research and Reconciliation
• Payment Processing
• Retrieving and distributing invoices
• Cross Train to Support Other Accounting Functions, Payroll, HR/Benefits and Accounts Receivable.
• Other duties as needed/required

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience (work or school)
• AS/BS or University degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
• Mid to High proficiency in MS office
