As an Accounting Assistant you will work closely with senior management and internal team members to ensure that company goals and missions are met.

Responsibilities:
- General Office Organization
- Filing, Scanning, Mail distribution, Phones
- Vendor Account Statement Research and Reconciliation
- Payment Processing
- Retrieving and distributing invoices
- Cross Train to Support Other Accounting Functions, Payroll, HR/Benefits and Accounts Receivable.
- Other duties as needed/required
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience (work or school)
- AS/BS or University degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
- Mid to High proficiency in MS office
