Duties
- Perform overnight audit responsibilities, including bill-outs and arrival set up for the next business day.
- Priority shift will be overnight.
- Set up breakfast room for breakfast attendants' arrival.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front Desk area and Lobby
Skills
- Reliability.
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
- English is mandatory, second language is helpful
- Experience with night audit procedures, is a plus
- Proficient in using front desk software systems and phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
