What You’ll Do
- Lead the team in personal sales performance
- Present and close memberships and luxury retail
- Coach and develop 2 Sales Consultants
- Hold Grooming Specialists accountable to our sales process
- Deliver a seamless, 5-star guest experience
- 2 years of proven sales success (luxury retail, automotive, real estate, hospitality, etc.)
- A consistent top performer who closes
- Leads by example, not just direction
- Polished, professional, and accountable
- Comfortable working Saturdays (closed Sundays)
- $20 /hr base $1.5K–$3K monthly commissions
