What You’ll Do
- Greet members and guests with confidence and warmth
- Present and close membership and retail sales
- Recommend grooming, skincare, and fragrance products
- Partner with barbers to deliver a seamless luxury experience
- 1 year of professional sales success (real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or software)
- Comfortable engaging affluent clients and closing sales
- Polished, professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Team-focused and available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)
- $18 /hr base plus $1K–$2K avg. monthly commissions
