Director, Finance & Accounting (Hybrid - Remote)

The Geneva Foundation
Tacoma, WA Remote Full Time
POSTED ON 7/29/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 8/27/2026
About The Position

This is more than a Finance Director role -

Geneva is entering an exciting period of organizational growth and transformation. We are modernizing our financial system, strengthening enterprise analytics, and investing in AI. We are seeking a strategic finance leader who wants to transform, not simply maintain, a high-performing finance organization. Reporting directly to the COO, this leader will shape the financial future of a nationally recognized organization supporting military medicine and biomedical research innovation. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, leveraging technology to improve decision-making, and partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational performance, we'd like to meet you. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Finance at an organization committed to innovation, operational excellence, and mission impact.

This is a hybrid-remote position; rotationally on-site at our hub sites in Bethesda, MD; Rockville, MD; Fayetteville, NC and Tacoma, WA.

Compensation

$150,000 - $175,000. Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate’s related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
