Patriot Pediatrics, located in Bedford, Massachusetts, is a trusted pediatric primary care practice dedicated to supporting children and families from infancy through young adulthood. As part of Mass General Brigham for Children, the clinic provides comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong focus on prevention, wellness, and long-term health. The team offers a full spectrum of services, including well-child visits, immunizations, sick care, behavioral health support, and chronic condition management. Essential Functions
- Provides direct care, counseling, and education to a designated patient population in ambulatory, inpatient, operative, and/or procedural settings.
- Performs complete histories and physical examinations.
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Develops appropriate plans of care and follow-up based on the outcomes of diagnostic, laboratory, and physical examination findings.
- Orders medications and writes prescriptions according to organizational and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Consistently provides high-quality and timely documentation, including admission and progress notes, procedure notes, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
- Performs bedside procedures as are appropriate to the patient population.

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse , MA
Experience
2 years of licensed nurse practitioner experience 1-2 years required

- Skilled in taking medical histories to assess medical condition and interpret findings.
- Ability to maintain quality control standards.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly and establish/maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public.
