This is a part-time position of 30 hours each week.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Help with office management, working with other team leads for ordering, contract services, warehousing needs, shipping and other projects as they arise. Serve as HR liaison with the AG National Office Human Resources department.
Serve as the Accounting Coordinator with duties to include, donor tracking, project funding management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, monthly and quarterly reporting, budgeting, digital and physical file management.
Review all cash receipts, assigning motivation codes, enter Quickbooks, create reports for transfers within Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM) statement.
Review and approve all payments from Africa Hope accounts (AGWM statement, Assemblies of God Credit Union account and credit card charges).
Work with team leads and Director to create annual budget, monitor budget monthly and create monthly reports for Director.
At close of each month create reports for Director and official files.
Maintain official digital files on server in Finance folder and physical files for warehouse.
Works with Director, team leaders and employees to manager employee timecards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience using Quickbooks software
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Data entry
- Customer service skills
- General office skills
