POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for supervising all ChildHope Centrail Mail functions, processing all ChildHope daily mail which includes coordinating the opening, sorting and distribution of all incoming ChildHope mail contributions.
Serves as a source for all ChildHope Field Specialists regarding mailing regulations and procedures.
Keeps daily log of incoming mail.
Researches and clarifies problematic donations up and including contacting donors.
Supervises ChildHope mailroom assistant.
Serves as liaison between ChildHope and General Council Contributor Services and or Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM) accounting regarding contribution adjustments.
Delivers route mail to and from ChildHope and General Council and AGWM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma required.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Word processing.
- Customer service.
- General office skills.
