POSITION SUMMARY:
Process all HR paperwork for new hire, transfer, upgrades and terminations.
Build and maintain new position classifications, divisions, departments, locations and supervision.
Assist the HR Director with the preparation of Processes for the Administrative Committee (PAC) materials and follow-up with all departments for the required paperwork. Maintain PAC files online.
Maintain job descriptions and train leadership on use of Job Description Program and Performance Evaluation Program. Serve as a point of contact for software questions.
Prepare the monthly Authorized Positions Report, Department Report and position changes report and send to the appropriate leadership.
Steward the monthly and annual performance review process.
Assist with various projects as requested by the HR Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma
- Minimum three years experience in office environment
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Human Resources software programs)
- Self-starter and multitasker
