- Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate, and Real Property management
- Strong skills in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills for effectively building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in market research, property analysis, and transaction management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in real estate within the Washington, DC market is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
