What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Sanitize high-touch areas to support infection control and resident safety
- Remove trash, recyclables, and waste according to facility procedures
- Restock housekeeping supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is maintained properly
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to ensure a safe environment
- Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming and comfortable community
What You'll Need
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or environmental services experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
