The Gardens of Fairfax, a newly acquired, 99 bed skilled nursing facility in Cleveland, OH is seeking enthusiastic STNA's, to be a part of our team. As part of the Foundations Health Solutions family, the preferred candidate for our facility will exhibit great customer service skills, a “go-getter” attitude, excellent nursing skills, and an ability to work well with others.
