Facility : 80-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility
Salary : negotiable, and commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of patient care by effectively scheduling and assigning nursing staff, ensuring optimal work results and patient outcomes.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes the needs of our residents and their families, promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.
- Serve as a vital resource for patients and the healthcare team by addressing inquiries and facilitating effective communication.
- Proactively monitor residents' conditions, ensuring that significant changes are communicated promptly to physicians and family members or responsible parties.
