What You'll Do
- Participate in an on-call rotation from Sunday through Saturday
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting dignity and independence
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights
- Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being
- Create a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and their families
- Follow established procedures during emergencies or changes in resident condition
- Support a clean, safe, and organized living environment
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet resident needs
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required; training provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies
- Energy, patience, and professionalism to meet residents’ daily needs
- Physical ability to perform daily duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting with resident mobility
- Teamwork mindset and willingness to support both residents and coworkers
